We partner with stripe to enable your customers to securely and conveniently make payments using a variety of methods.
We support major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In addition to credit cards, customers can also use popular digital wallets such as Google Pay™ and Apple Pay™ for a seamless checkout experience.

Payouts for your sales are automatically deposited into your linked bank account. In most cases, payouts are processed within 2 business days after the funds are settled.
We use Stripe as our payment provider, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your payouts are handled securely and efficiently.

Our platform offers comprehensive reporting features to keep you informed about your transactions and payouts.
You can view detailed reports that cover any date range of your choice right from your dashboard. Additionally, you have the ability to export the data as CSV files for further analysis or integration with other tools. We also provide an account overview section giving you a clear visualization of your financial performance.

Absolutely! We offer payment terminals that allow you to sell videos in person, and we'll be adding support for selling event tickets later this year.
All fees, except card processing fees, remain the same for in-person sales. Card processing fees for in-person transactions drop to 2.7% + $0.05.
Please note that we do not support cash transactions at this time.

Event Tickets

Easily manage your ticket inventory and availability by choosing between festival seating or assigned seating with a linked venue map. When customers select their seats, we'll reserve them for 5 minutes to allow them time to complete their purchase.

Rest assured, once a seat is reserved or purchased, it cannot be selected by another customer.

Enjoy our complimentary venue mapping services, provided to all customers upon completing their account onboarding. Simply provide our team with an architectural plan of your venue, and we'll recreate it within Event Odyssey.

You can expect the process to be completed within 1-2 weeks after we receive the drawings.

Absolutely! With Event Odyssey, you have the flexibility to issue complementary tickets in two ways:
  • Directly issue tickets by providing the recipient's email address.
  • Create redemption codes that allow users to select their own seats.
It's important to note that when issuing complementary tickets, all fees are waived regardless of the method chosen.

Whether you want to grant parents special access to purchase tickets early, provide discounts to students, or restrict purchasing exclusively to members within your community, Event Odyssey offers the necessary features to meet your needs.

While canceling a show is not ideal, we understand that circumstances may require it. Event Odyssey offers flexible options in such cases. You can choose to:
  • Refund all transactions
  • Reschedule the event to another date/time while keeping the seat assignments intact
Whichever option you select, rest assured that we will promptly notify your audience members about the change.

Event Odyssey provides robust tracking of engagement metrics for your videos.
You can easily monitor total view counts and view counts over time per day, allowing you to gain valuable insights into audience engagement and video performance.

By default, only community members can view or purchase videos on our platform.
However, we also offer flexible configurations to meet your specific needs allowing you to easily restrict access or offer exclusive deals to specific groups of customers.

Customers can conveniently stream their purchased videos directly in their web browser.
Additionally, they have the option to cast the content to their TV using Google Cast or AirPlay.

In the future, we will also be launching native SmartTV apps to provide an even more seamless and enjoyable viewing experience.

Absolutely! Our platform offers advanced search functionality within uploaded concert videos.
You can identify chapters in your video and add additional data, such as the ensembles that performed, the creators involved (directors, choreographers, writers, arrangers), and more! This allows parents and viewers to easily find specific songs or scenes of interest within the concert video.
